Kits
MSD Universal Kits have the
spark plug terminal and boot installed with the other end of the wire
open. This way, you can route the wires the way you like and cut them
for a custom fit! A special Mini-Stripper-Crimper Tool is supplied to
strip and crimp the wire together.
Boot
choices are:
- Multi-Angle (M/A) which are straight, but can be bent over 90°.
- Socket are for the old style "socket" or points style caps.
- HEI
boots are 90° that go on a terminal like that of a
spark plug and have a nipple on top of the boot for special retainers. - 90° are also for spark plug style terminals.
